Yay 4 Life! – Annual Crawfish Boil – April 27, 2019

We would like to provide you a special opportunity to join others that support our cause by either becoming an advertising sponsor or providing an in-kind donation. Sponsorship provides additional advertising benefits for your company. I have included the Levels of Sponsorship information, as well as, the Donation information for in-kind donations. You will receive a receipt for your support. ALL sponsorships must be confirmed by March 15, 2019 to receive recognition on signage. • 100% volunteer operated
• 100% of the proceeds are utilized for the mission of Yay 4 Life!
• One day event with activities for everyone of all ages
